What the numbers mean
The directory contains 929 research records and 2511 building, block or section records. A record may describe a whole project, one component, a phase or a masterplan. These totals are not a count of independent active construction sites, homes for sale or available apartments.
Construction and sales are separate
A project can be announced, under construction or completed while its sales position is unknown. “Reported construction” describes information found in a source; it does not mean that we inspected the site. Completed and uncertain records remain available so the context is visible.
Buildings, blocks and phases
A building or section is a separate entry within a project’s source material. It may share a schedule with other buildings and may not be an independent construction phase. Parent and component relationships are displayed when known; uncertain matches remain separate.
Sources and verification
We bring together developer presentations, commercial directories, dated progress reports and selected planning material. Evidence quality varies. Each detail page links to the available sources; dates or completion claims should be checked directly with the relevant party.
Languages and this preview
Navigation and explanatory interface text are available in eight languages. Project names and source excerpts retain their original language. Research records are excluded from search indexing until their content is reviewed; ready sections are opened separately.
